Welcome to the South Carolina District of Pilot International

Pilot International was founded and chartered in 1921 as an international service organization. The river boat pilots of the early 1900's are the inspiration for the name. These pilots were admired for their ability to steer a "true course" through challenging conditions and obstacles. Today, Pilot International has approximately 500 clubs and more than 25,000 adult and youth members. 

Pilots are proud to be "Protecting our Brains for Life" and participating with law enforcement agencies to provide Project Lifesaver in our communities. Our goals are to educate everyone, especially children, on the importance of "Play Safe and Play Smart". As well as helping those who suffer from Alzheimer's and citizens who are Autistic.
